Last year, before the flu, the idea was to write a book. But, now it can just be whatever it turns out to be. I will write sections and share them with my wonderful friends in Bruce Campbell's support groups. These amazing women have already contributed a great deal of valuable input and I am hoping for more, once I start getting some structure. I really believe we could make a great difference to how CFIDS is understood and why it is so difficult to adopt the behaviours which stop the setbacks and start the improvement. It's all pretty exciting! So, I feel like I have come out of a coma into the bright sunlight:-).

Feeling Inspired
I have had CFIDS/ME for many years and then got swine flu last year and, even after nine months, have been sleeping 16 hours and barely feeling like living. But, recently I lost my website and had to rebuild it and it made me so inspired that I have added another page specifically about CFIDS and the sociological work that I would like to do. It is .
